The Business Growth Support Services (BGSS) starts by analyzing what are the obstacles to growth in your business in your current markets.

How do we engage with our Clients?

A complimentary business consultation - usually lasts up to 2 hours. In this consultation we will address the specific issues the business is facing that impact growth - called the Areas of Need .

A simple engagement agreement is drafted and agreed upon (1 page) that specifies the Ares of Need and actions to be taken.
- Meeting schedules are developed at mutually agreeable times in which we start with the development of an action plan to address the issues covered, then attack them until they are resolved. As part of this process we work together to define measurement criteria so that we can measure results.
