Now through August 31st, we are conducting FREE SWOT Analysis.  SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats and is an important measurement of the strategic posistion of a business - any business.  The dimensions of Strengths and Weaknesses are considered internal factors to a business while the dimensions of Opportunities and Threat are the external factors.

The SWOT analysis is a snapshot of a company at a particular moment in time - it answers the question:  Where do we stand now?  And it help to address the question:  What do we need to do and where do we need to focus our energies to improve?
